Here we would like to showcase our work and projects we do now and did in the past, as well as displaying what our clients were able to build with our pontoon systems.

Our work

7,4m x 3m catamaran hull loaded with superstructure frames

Pontoon catamaran sections are loaded together with superstructure frames and will be soon shipped out to an eagerly waiting client.

Superstructure sections to be built on a catamaran

We have prepared superstructure sections that will be bolted together and to the platform at the final assembly location simply by bolts. Most of the holes are predrilled to make the assembly as convenient as possible. Sections made in such size so they could be transprted via conventional road transport.

As you can see the width of a platform in this photo is bigger than that of the door. However, we do not worry, platform is splitable into sections which will fit through without a problem.

In addition to the pontoons and platforms assembled using our products, we can make metal framed superstructures and their elements.

5,8m 2,4m catamaran chassis

This catamaran constructed using ABC series pontoon floats is 2,4m in width. Minimal width allows to load it on standard eurotent truck to be transported anywhere in Europe.

Special 5m x 2,4m multidirectional catamaran with moonpool

Research catamaran made by a special order from university in Ireland. Platform has a moonpool in the middle allowing to lower research instruments from the vessel. Both catamaran ends are capped with A type pontoons allowing the platform to be towed in any direction.

7,4m x 3,5m catamaran platform

We build not only small platforms, but also bigger ones in size. 3,5m, 4m or even bigger platforms can be manufactured.

5,8m x 3m catamaran with blue pontoons

Our pontoons can be not only black or dark grey, but dark blue as well. With special orders, other colours are available too.

5,8m 2,45m catamaran

The size of 5,8m x 2,45m of a catamaran platform is a perfect canvas to build a small pleasure boat, boat for fishing, and leisure.

9m x 3m splitable catamaran

Wide catamarans dedicated for exports to EU countries could be manufactured to be split in couple of parts. This pontoon platform is hade from two side pontoon hull parts made to be connected with plates and bolts, and front and back metal profile frames that join the sides together. Such platform can be loaded to a standard eurotent lorry for transportation.

7,4m x 3m special order catamaran

We can make adjustments based on your specific requirements diverging from the standard products we offer. In this particular case client required a flat back to maximize deck area.

Additional parts that are mounted on the pontoon platforms, in cases when the platform is splitable, these parts can be preattached to streamline the final assembly, such as this outboard transom prewelded onto a section of a splitable 3m width catamaran section.

Small pontoon platforms up to 3m in width, can be easily shipped with trawl trailer.

A type ABC series float

Front/Bow pontoon - 335l in volume. Float is mounted as a first in a pontoon row, with a purpose to decrease drag in water.

B type ABC series pontoon

Middle pontoon - 445l. The main pontoon forming a segmented pontoon row, which ensures increased safety of a vessel. Pontoon is foamed with EPS foam.

C type ABC series pontoon float

Rear/Stern pontoon float - 325l. Float is mounted at the end of a hull to finish off the pontoon row.

B type pontoon cut in half

Middle type pontoons from Rotoplius all have EPS closed cell foam core. Foam fills the full volume of a pontoon. Foaming prevents water getting into the pontoon in cases of accidents so pontoons can stay buoyant.

HF-MID type HF series low freeboard float

255l in volume. This EPS foamed pontoon is used for low freeboard floating jetties.

8,2m x 3m catamaran being built

Before starting to assemble the pontoon platform, we prepare all the unique parts in advance by drilling holes, cutting edges, preparing metal profiles for welding. Platform assembly then can start by making the pontoon rows and joining them together to form a structure. Finally rest of parts are welded or attached to finish a vessel hull.

No space left unused

When loading the goods, we try to use every but of volume available.

Sections of wide platforms are put into the lorry so that the joists are interlocked to form a base for the next platform or pontoons to be put on top.

Lifting of 5,8m x 2,45m catamaran

Pontoon boats are lifted by four corners. It is essential to distribute a load over many joists when lifting the platforms.

All sections of a trimaran can be loaded on top of each other thus saving space for transporting the ship.

Loading of 10m length hull section

Hull sections are typically loaded and unloaded to the lorry over the top as eurotent has a retractable roof curtains. Lifting must always take place using means to spread the lifting load over couple of metal joists as an example as shown in the picture - using wooden beams to spread the weight.

Loading B type pontoons with excessive weights

Our pontoon floats are made from quality materials, from trusted manufacturers, and material characteristics are known. Products are made so they can withstand beyond their design capacity within reason. The picture shows loading of pontoons with an excessive load on land exceeding their lift capacity, thus showing that a platform can withstand point loads in pontoon platforms.

4m x 2m floating jetty sections

Blueprints of floating jetties with plastic pontoons are available free of charge on our website. With the blueprints you can make a DIY pontoon yourself. In some instances we can provide such sections fully assembled.

13m x 4,3m catamaran

We can manufacture platforms up to 12m -13m in length. The limit is due to maximum limits of transport dimensions.

Sections of a hulls of a splitable vessel are connected with metal plates with through bolts joining the parts to form a complete boat hull.

10m x 4m splitable trimaran

For projects requiring more lift on water than with usual pontoon boats we offer a trimaran option. Such trimaran like any other boats we manufacture can be made to be split into parts for transportation.

White - milk white pontoons

Pontoons in their natural colour without any pigments are milk-white. This is not a standard colour we offer as milk white pontoons has worse UV resistance and get dirty easier. However, some projects require it and we can make such pontoons as well.

For this project our client needed a design differing form the standard one we offer. As we try to be flexible, we have offered him reinforced round corners which also allows attaching ship's cleats.

Wider than 2,45m vessels in one piece are transported with a road platform.

2 or in some cases 3 platforms or their parts could be loaded for transportation.

13m length section loaded for transportation

The hard limit of the pontoon boat length is ~13m which is the maximum length of a lorry.

Engine mounting part - transom

This transom is made to be used with ABC series pontoon platforms. It can accommodate L sized leg outboard engine. Side mount hydraulic steering systems can be used with this transom.

Side loaded hull sections

Although, it is best to load and unload boat hull sections over the top of a lorry with a crane, sometimes it is possible to do it from the side with a fork lift.

Two platforms were successfully delivered to the client and he shares the photo of them ready for the next stage - building a superstructure and craft them to a floating restaurant and an Airbnb rental houseboat.

Concept of a small 3m wide ferry

We have worked to develop a concept design of a small narrow ferry. With the dimensions of 10m x 3m this vessel is both spacious enough to fit 12 passengers or more on board as well as still being able to pass through even shallow and narrow waterways.

We care about the optimal transport. When we are not sure about the volume it takes to load the full cargo, we can do an analysis and help you to figure out the optimal way to load the goods purchased.

Design of a glamping pod

We have helped developing a small glamping pod boat for vacation rentals. This tiny house has a kitchenette, small bathroom and in a nave a double bed. Comfortable for two adults and their children.

Quad bike landing platform

A visualization of a quad bike landing platform. As draft of pontoons are just about half a metre, such catamaran can reach very close to the shore allowing a deployment of equipment such as quad bikes for your amazing adventures and fun.

'Wheelchair friendly fishing platform

A design of a fishing platform for disabled fishing enthusiasts. The railings on the sides are lowered, allowing for easier access to water with fishing rods. The front face railing is not installed as the platform would serve as an access point for people to board a ferry.

A 5,6m x 2,45 catamaran boat - a blank canvas with just an essential boat elements such as engine, captains position, railings, emergency reboarding ladder, towing points etc. The decking could be repurposed for many applications. Some examples can be seen in this gallery.

Floating solar modules

A concept design of a segment from floating solar park. Sadly, this project as of now stays at the stage of a concept design. This visualizations intention is to show a potential for such system on water and we hope it would be realised in one form or another some day soon.

This visual represents a typical pontoon boat's or platform's main information sheet for the products we offer. A lot of important information is concentrated here, such as weight and dimensions of the craft, allowed weights, floatation information as well as information on the materials used for construction.

Small houseboat

This is a sample design of a small cabin on a pontoon boat with spacious decking at the front as well as space to walk around the superstructure. It is generally not the best practice to have walkways on the sides as it makes pontoon platform wider than necessary, but for some projects it is a requirement.

For every project we make, we calculate optimal cutting regime for the stock profiles used. This is also one of the services we can provide for your project if you are only purchasing pontoon floats and want to save materials and reduce costs of having to take any extra materials just in case.

Aquatic weeds harvester

A snippet of a special purpose boat dedicated to harvesting of aquatic weeds. It also has retractable wheels, so it can be towed to the shore for unloading. Many systems for cutting and binning are located in between the catamaran hulls for the task at hand.

Summer house on water

One of the wood-cabin houseboat models we were manufacturing in the past. This vessel is spacious both inside as well as have areas for resting at the front as well as on the rooftop. Some models were designed to feature a small sauna inside.

Dredger platform

A catamaran with a moon pool in the middle, with framing to attach a winch. This winch is intended to be used for lowering a water pump for dredging or pumping water.

Port garbage boat

Pontoon catamaran with a deck dedicated for placing waste container. This boat is capable of collecting, transporting, and disposing of a garbage floating in the waterways of a harbour.

Floating container office

This boat was designed as a container office conversion. Office from land was moved to a trimaran platform with an engine so it can be moved from one location to another. In addition, two spacious decks were added to it, one with a shade and another on the roof of a superstructure.

This example proves that even wide catamarans can be taken out of water if one has a sufficient machinery and a prepared platform. Note that width of catamaran is greater than a platform, therefore wooden beams are used to support the catamaran.

An old reportage with us almost a decade ago

This report takes us many years back, to almost the roots of our endeavours in pontoons and pleasure craft industry. At that time we were known in other business name and were building pleasure crafts for Lithuanian market.
